I am a person who is positive about every aspect of life. There are many things I like to do, to see, and to experience. I like to read, I like to write; I like to think, I like to dream; I like to talk, I like to listen.
People find me to be an upbeat, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills. For the past several years I have worked in quality area, lean manufacturing, and customer service in the automotive industry. My experience includes successfully training people in production-level positions.
I am a dedicated person with a family of three. I enjoy reading, and the knowledge and perspective that my reading gives me has strengthened my professional skills and presentation abilities. I have been successful at combining business and private life, and I attribute this success to my ability to plan, schedule, and handle many different tasks at once. This flexibility helps me at work, where there are many different personalities and learning styles.

Recipient of scholarship from Talent´s fund of Managers' Association of Slovenia 2017/2018.
Together with Mr Matic Jurkovšek, I have received a scholarship to attend one of 5 top business school in Europe. I have chosen IEDC Bled, where I got certification from the Young Managers Program.

Basic education comes from teaching background. I have a bachlors degree in Education and I'm a primary school teacher. I have been a teacher only fro 3 months as a substitude teacher, however skills gained at teaching gave me a wider horizon I can use in my business path.
MBA - SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS LJUBLJANA
Febuary 2018 - December 2019
I attended the FELU MBA because I wanted to prepare myself for the next step in my business career. I believe this programme pushes and motivates us to create a difference, not only at work but in everyday life. It is really an investment in the future.

The program gave me a holistic view of every organization and different managerial role within it. I was immersed in a highly interactive learning experience which broaden my business and managerial perspectives. I gained a solid base for continuous personal and organizational growth.
The program was practice-oriented, addressing my business challenges.
